We stand behind every guide. If a guide doesn’t leave you with a clearer, more confident plan for your ADU than you had before, we’ll refund the full purchase price.

How to ask for a refund

• Reply to the email your guide arrived in, or write to hello@aduinsights.com, within 30 days of purchase.
• You don’t need to give a reason, though we’re grateful if you tell us what would have made it more useful.
• We refund the full amount to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.

You keep everything

The guide, your worksheets and your brief are yours to keep. The only way you lose is if we don’t do our job.

If you bought all three guides, the guarantee covers the bundle as a whole — ask within 30 days for a full refund of the bundle price.
