Is the result a permit approval?
No. Every result is a preliminary read of public map data and the published code, and the tool says so on screen and on every report. You confirm easements, utilities, grade and local interpretation on site before you price a project. Your agreement asks you to keep that disclaimer in place.
Who owns the leads?
You do. Every lead captured on your website goes to you. ADU Insights never sells it, never routes it to another builder and never uses it for its own marketing. We process it only to deliver it to you.
How does it go on my website?
You paste one line of code. It works on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow and hand-built sites. The tool runs in a secure frame, so it can’t break your site and your site can’t break it. It only appears on the web addresses you list.
Where does it work?
Full parcel, zoning and setback results are live in Mesa County, Colorado (including Grand Junction) and Olympia, Washington, and more areas are being added. Outside full coverage, the homeowner’s request still reaches you, marked for a manual check. Ask us about your area before you buy.
What is a lookup, and what if I run out?
A lookup is one address searched in your tool. Lot Explorer includes 1,000 a year and Branded Showroom 5,000. You can set your own monthly cap in the dashboard. If you near the limit, we tell you before any extra block is charged.
What does a one-time license include?
Continuing access to the plan you bought, hosted by us: security and browser updates, rules and data updates for areas covered when you bought, email support within 2 business days and the yearly lookup allowance. New features built for higher plans and custom work are not included.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans cancel anytime from your dashboard and end at the close of the billing month. The founding offer only renews if you tick the renewal box at checkout, and we remind you at least 30 days before it does.
